Reggio Emilia Approach
The Reggio Emilia approach is an approach to Early Childhood Education that values the child as a competent and capable learner. This approach is based on the idea that children have the right to have their voices heard and to be active participants in their own learning. At our daycare, we will incorporate this approach by encouraging children to explore, discover and express their ideas through hands-on activities and projects. Children are given the opportunity to work in groups and independently, allowing them to develop their social, emotional and cognitive skills
Montessori Method
The Montessori method is an educational approach that emphasizes self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. This approach recognizes that children have unique learning styles and abilities and that they learn best through hands-on experiences. Our nursery will incorporate this approach by providing a range of materials and activities that allow children to explore, discover and learn at their own pace. Children will also be encouraged to develop their independence and decision-making skills through carefully designed activities and projects.
Animal-Friendly Environment
At our daycare, we believe that children should have the opportunity to learn about and interact with animals safely and responsibly. Our animal-friendly environment will provide children with the opportunity to learn about different types of animals and their habitats, as well as develop their empathy and respect for all living things. Children will have the opportunity to observe and interact with a range of animals, including fish, birds, and small mammals. We aim to create a nurturing and respectful environment where children can learn about the importance of animal welfare and conservation.
